At Happy Beings Kids Clothing, we are committed to making your shopping experience delightful. Since we are a growing business, we currently offer exchanges and store credit instead of full refunds.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We accept exchanges or provide store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

✔️ Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

✔️ All tags and packaging must be intact

✔️ Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Non-Exchangeable Items

❌ Clearance or final sale items

❌ Personalized or custom-made items

❌ Worn, washed, or damaged products

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact Us – Email our support team at happybeingskidsclothing@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. 
  2. Pack Your Item – Securely package the item with the original packing slip.
  3. Ship It Back – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Store Credit & Processing

  • Once we receive your item, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
  • Store credit will be issued via a digital gift card for future purchases.
  • Exchanges will be processed based on availability.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
